This rare, Eagle Vail, three level single-family home is located in one of the valley's most coveted spots. Enjoy the sound of Stone Creek from the north and south sides of the home, or sit quietly on the expansive deck to observe wildlife come and go from the lush backyard. Watch the action on the 15th green of the Eagle Vail Golf Course through aspen trees in the summer; or access the groomed Nordic Track on the golf course from the back of the house in the winter. Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Resorts are only minutes away from this lovely residence.

Upon arrival, you’ll find floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings. The entry level boasts a spacious living room with flat screen TV, DVD, gas fireplace and seating for 10-12 at the large dining table. Take in the views of the outdoor living space from the sunlit living, dining and kitchen areas. Enter the fully equipped kitchen with a quaint breakfast table for 4 and bar seating for 2. You’ll delight in the coziness of the bonus living room with sofa, gas fireplace, TV, DVD and plenty of games to keep the kids entertained while cooking. The laundry, garage and second entry to the back deck can also be accessed from this room.

The master bedroom features king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD and loveseat with ottoman. Retreat into the ensuite bath with an oversized deep jetted tub, walk in shower and two individual vanities.

Wander to the upper level to find bedrooms 2 and 3. They are identically furnished with two full beds and a twin over twin bunk bed. Both have en suite bathrooms with a tub/shower combo and single vanity. These rooms are separated by an open den equipped with flat screen TV/DVD and a closet full of kids games, puzzles and activities.

On the lowest level of the home, you’ll find bedroom 4 with king bed and en suite bath (walk in shower only) and bedroom 5 with king bed. Another full bathroom is on this level, it is equipped with a large steam shower and may be used as a private bathroom for bedroom 5.

This home is ideal for entertaining, family gatherings or simply relaxing. It sleeps 13 people in 11 beds comfortably.

This home is located in the community of Eagle Vail. EagleVail is a multi-faceted mountain community located in the heart of the Eagle River Valley in Eagle County, CO. Vail

Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.
Check-out time is 10am.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
There is no daily housekeeping service. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. We have rented the house at Greenside for the Thanksgiving weekend for the last 5 years. The home has always been well appointed with various updates completed every year. Perfect place for a family retreat! The house was perfect for our family. For my husband and I we enjoyed having the master bedroom on the first floor. Our adult children share the bedrooms upstairs and our other adult children with grandchildren shared the bedrooms in the basement. The pool table was a wonderful attraction for the guys at night. The house lives very comfortably there was plenty of room to spread out and have intimate conversations as well as the living room is large and open allowing for large family gatherings. The circle drive was an added feature to accommodate our cars. We were also able to utilize the back patio which contained a wonderful hot tub and grills were creating family dinners. we enjoyed all the Vail and the surrounding areas had to offer. We spent a day on the slopes and a day in town, took the little boys sledding, rode the gondola to the top of the mountain, took hikes and walks through the wonderful neighborhood and really enjoyed the convenience of Walmart Just down the street. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. This house has everything you need to have a wonderful family retreat summer or winter. There is plenty to do in the house accommodate many activities and time to gather and enjoy one another as a family.

Enjoyed a wonderful week in a beautiful home in Eagle Vail. The home was very comfortable, spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped to handle a large number of people. It was also kid friendly and extremely well located for dining out and activities for children. Also, very well situated for skiing in Vail, Beaver Creek, and Arrowhead. The home backs on a small creek and the 15th green of the Eagle-Vail golf course with lots of trees and mountains right there. Best vacation rental we ever had!

Right in the middle, between Vail Village and Beaver Creek, the Greenside at Eagle Vail is in the perfect location. The home backs up to the golf course and to hiking trails. Avon has retail to stock up for the week and plenty of restaurants if you don’t want to cook. The interior of the home is beautiful with windows along the back of the house for a beautiful view. We had nine ladies celebrating a milestone birthday who had plenty of room and plenty of fun for the week.

My husband and I had the most amazing 10 days at Greenside. The house is perfect for a nice getaway or a large family or group. It's a great location, just between Vail and Beaver Creek. All of the conveniences are just a short car ride away. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, Home Depot and more. The home is clean and cozy. The backyard is to die for. Sitting outside day and night, you get people walking the golf course with their dogs, golfers, gorgeous flowers and amazing wild life. There is also a wonderful hike literally out the back door and across the golf course. While we were there, we literally experienced 3 seasons. Rain upon arrival, 90 degrees mid week and 2-3" of snow. We cooked delicious dinners on the grill and enjoyed several dips in the hot tub. Bring a robe if you plan to enjoy the hot tub, otherwise, everything you need is provided for a lovely stay. We will be back in January to enjoy the ski season.

Very nice home on the 15th Green of Eagle Vail Golf Course. The home is well maintained with 5 bedrooms and a spacious interior. The deck overlooking the golf course is a great place to sit to read or watch the world go by. Very comfortable property and would stay there again winter or summer.

There’s nothing negative to say about this place. The location is great, the house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very accommodating. It was also only a 6 minute drive to Walmart (which surprisingly has a very great selection for fresh produce) and 10-15 minute drive to Vail. The house also came equip with clean towels and toiletries just like a hotel. The only thing you may run out of are paper towels and toilet paper (although there were a few extra rolls in some bathrooms). For those planning on cooking, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need except for the food. They did have a handful of spices in the pantry and you MIGHT find some oil, s&p, foil, etc. but i would definitely recommend purchasing all of that. We were also provided with a teeny tiny bottle of dish soap and a good amount of detergent for the dishwasher. I’ve rented houses for vacations before and this was the nicest one I’ve ever stayed in. It felt like home and not really someone else’s!

This house exceeded our expectations. We have been coming out to Beaver Creek/Vail for almost 30 years and this is the nicest property we have every stayed at. So big and roomy. Large groups can spread out over 3 floors. Great location central to vail and BC. Very clean and well maintained and appointed. Not cluttered. Lots of TVs and fireplaces. Nice kitchen. Hot tub great. This will certainly become our go to place that we will come back to every year. Itrip great to work with as well. Accommodated date change very easily with no charge. We arrived 15 minutes after check in to find a dirty house with bags of cleaning supplies in the front entrance but no cleaners. The garage dumpsters were filled to overflowing with trash that caused a stench to travel inside the house. We were told to go eat by the itrip people on the phone and they would have someone there to clean shortly. Our only problem was it was 4:30 in afternoon and we were not ready to eat. We grocery shopped and waited out front for over 2 hours before we could unpack. We were promised that the trash people were on their way to empty garbage but they never showed and we piled it up outside the garage for 5 days until regular pickup occurred. This is not a reflection against the house as it was very well arranged and fairly comfortable. We would stay here again but there needs to be some management changes. We own two properties in Taos which we rent out. We would never allow a check in disaster like this to occur twice. We also leave at least a bottle of wine and chocolates for those who book more than 4 days. We have rented in the Vail valley for 40 consecutive Christmas trips and usually have some sort of welcome when we arrive. At the very least we are provided with ample toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap to last a week. We were provided a 1/3 roll of tp in the master BR , one roll of paper towels in kitchen, and 4 other partial rolls of tp for the 4 other baths. We were given a very small dish soap container that could have passed thru the TSA screening process. The house was fine with the major problem being a broken window latch in the master BR that let in a lot of cold air. This place could shine with the right management or good cleaning crew

This was our second visit to the Greenside home. It has been a great experience both times. The home is very well supplied with all kitchen appliances, comfortable beds and fun game room with ping pong and pool table. Beautiful back yard adjoining the golf course with a hot tub on the deck. The design of the home is great with large bedrooms on 3 levels for privacy. We will make this home at least an annual vacation destination!

This homes has all the bells and whistles for great accommodation and comfortless. There was 13 of us including 4 kids, and we couldn't be happier with this home. Each of us had their privacy, their own bedrooms, multiple living rooms with nice TV's, high speed internet, 3 fire places. The game room in the lower level was used multiple times in the day, it offered pool table, ping pong, checkers and chess games, tick-tack-toe games, etc.. We had an amazing time, great location, very responsive hosts and super clean. We will come back again.

Four friends and I just finished our 20th annual ski trip to Vail area, and stayed at the "Greenside at Eagle-Vail" home. The house, in a word, was terrific. It is Located directly between Vail and Beaver Creek, on a quiet road in a pretty neighborhood, with easy access to the highway, Avon store, restaurants, etc. private backyard with hot tub was ideal. The home was well appointed and in very good shape, with 5 comfortable bedrooms and baths. When we had a few issues, e.g., the toaster didn't work, the rental agent came by with a replacement almost immediately. And finally, we found the pricing to provide very good value. Net/net, a great vacation rental.

Our group loved the house this year. There are several families that travel together every year to ski and various ski areas. This year, we stayed in Avon and the house worked out just great!! The kitchen is well-stocked with plates, glasses, pots & pans etc...It is nice to have bedrooms spread among the 3 story home. Also, shout out to the management company. Great house, great location. Everything we wanted in a trip to Colorado. Had our adult children & their friends stay with us. Lots of space for a lot of people. Loved being right on the golf course to snowshoe & cross country ski right out our door. Itrip was quick to respond to any of our needs. I would rent through them again. Very responsive company to work with.
