Valhalla is tucked away in a beautiful treed setting located on the corner of Northlands Blvd and Lorimer Road. Village entrance directly across the street where you will find all Whistler amenities and access to the lifts.

AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Loved the location and the spaciousness of the condo. It was the perfect size for my family of 6 plus a small dog! I did find that the place wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was definitely pet hair (from previous guests) on the couches. And the bathroom/kitchen sinks didn’t have a thorough cleaning. So I felt that we couldn’t really relax because of that. But other than that, we enjoyed the board games, and had a good time overall.

Stayed for three nights with our daughter and her dog. Very well appointed condo less than 5 minute walk to grocery, many great restaurants and the shops. Very clean. Great entertainment centre. Kitchen supplies work all you could want to make your own meals if you become tired of marvelous restaurants. Hope to stay stay again!

We rented Valhalla #11 along with another 2 br unit in the same complex as part of a family gathering. We appreciated the spacious main living area and large dining table with bench seating which easily accommodated our dinners together each night. We found the kitchen well equipped and the newer Weber bbq was great. Bedrooms were also spacious and comfortable complimented with their own bathrooms making it very convenient. Location a very short walk to the grocery and liquor store makes it a nice location. Would recommend staying here!

Good stay nicely furnished. Nice location. Walls were a little thin tho so could hear the neighbors kids at night. Also bring batteries if you want the sink and night lights to work. But has heated floors, fireplace, and a grill and enough kitchen tools to make full meals. Parking is covered and free.

We stayed in the condo with our 3 kids and everything was absolutely perfect. The place is beautiful, fully equiped, and perfectly set up for a family vacation. I would definitely stay here again and again. The property manager was very responsive and super accomodating.

We spent 6 night at Whistler and enjoyed our stay. The condo has plenty of room and all the amenities of home. The unit was clean and very functional for the 4 of us. The unit pet friendly and is setup well for dogs. We definitely would rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful visit and the location and unit was terrific. Watch out for the dishwasher though, when you open the door the sprint is broken and you get a 20 pound weight dropping to the floor like a piece of lead. Other than that it was great.

We had a great trip. Our unit 11 was very peaceful quiet and clean. The unit was great. There were the first floor snow room second floor kitchen and living room and bathroom and third floor 2 bed 2 bath with washer and drier. Bob and his team were very helpful as most people are in the resort area. Fireplace a plus. Classic wood floors and upgraded kitchen. Wary car parking under the unit Will look to this area next year too. Thanks James

Lovely Condo

Lovely condo—obviously loved by the owners! The touches of local art & kitch is done extremely well! We also enjoyed the games and local reading on the rainy days. The kitchen is well stocked. The bbq very handy. Very good washer/dryer. Excellent front hall to keep equipment safe at night & accessible in the AM. Yes you can just see the top of Blackcomb with the limited but enjoyable view. We even enjoyed watching the various birds feed on the tall Saskatoon Bush outside the sitting room window. Good room to spread out over the 2 living levels. The extra bed & bathroom were perfect for my son’s friend up from Vancouver for the Bike Park. Only 2 quick notes...is we wish the second bedroom had a screen in the window...and if you are going to catch up on sleep—the complex recycling and garbage bins are nearby. Neighbours are dumping & breaking bottles every AM before 8 AM. The recycle & garbage trucks seem to pick up just as early every other day. I think the complex needs larger bins for fewer pick ups. We stayed 10 nights—looking at 14 next year. There are so many activities & beautiful sights to keep you active & feeling alive in beautiful Whistler!!

Thank you for your note on the screen for the window - we took it off and put the screen in the storage closet during the heat of the summer to accommodate the exhaust fan for the window AC unit. The screen will be re-installed when the AC unit is not required. Unfortunate about the garbage pick ups we have never heard that complaint before but I guess during ski season they might have different pick up times than the summer

We recently stayed at this townhome and the place was great. We had 4 adults and 4 kids under 6. If the kids were older, it wouldn't have been so comfortable.. The kitchen is quite small. The place was well equipped and clean. The location is the best thing about this place. Walking distance to the village and really close to the playground which was great for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valhalla 11 and will try to book it again for our times we need to stay in Whistler for our bike races. Great location in relation to the amenities of the village and the path system. Loved sitting on the deck every morning and evening. It felt like home for the week we were there. Only issue was getting the vehicle into the parking garage with the ski box on top. We had to unload that and store it in the vehicle for the week so we could park the truck underground. Just of note for others with large vehicles. Thanks Bob for setting us up with accommodation on such short notice for Crankworxs. See you next season

Steps away from EVERYTHING!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location and accommodations for our family of four. We parked the car in the garage and didn't see it again for six days - the sign of a great getaway! We biked, hiked and walked everywhere and everything was literally within 10 minutes of the front door. Inside, it's clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was SUPER hot while we were there, so the in-room AC units were a blessing. The beds were very comfortable - even the top bunk where our 5' 9" 14-year-old slept. She loved it. I honestly can't think of a negative thing to say! Perfect. We will be back.

This is our fourth trip to Whistler and this condo was probably the best equipped and best located that we have stayed at. IGA is right next door, Starbucks is right next door...matter of fact, the whole village feels like it is right next door. Super clean condo with a great BBQ! Love it.
