Great Family Vacation
5/5 stars
Excellent property. Has all needed to not miss your home and enjoy a relaxing vacation. I would just change Pillows and give an option to SHARE a hot tub for after skiing. With that, it would be a superb option.
- Mauricio

Mauricio, it means a great deal to us that you went out of your way to leave a review of your 5-star stay at Booth Creek TH A2! We are thrilled that you enjoyed a relaxing vacation and felt right at home in our property! Thank you for your feedback on the pillows, as we always appreciate the opportunity to improve the guest experience. We agree that a hot tub can be a great addition at a ski town accommodation, however, we only manage this one unit and don't know if the HOA would ever allow it. In any case, iTrip would be honored to welcome you again the next time you find yourself planning a retreat to Vail or Beaver Creek in the future! -Kathleen iTrip Vail Beaver Creek

Nice Town House but nothings perfect.
4/5 stars
This is a nice renovated town house about 3 miles from the Vail parking garage. Nice for a family of five or two couples. Kitchen very well equipped and spices are left for you to use which is nice so you don’t have spend money on something you may only use a couple of times. If you arrive after dark, it is a very dark parking lot. You have to walk around to the back of the unit to get in. It’s a very slanted side walk ( a little creepy) so be prepared to climb a steep sidewalk. A few things we found uncomfortable were the blinds. Very sheer and from the out side anybody can look right in. Not a problem on second and third floor but definitely a problem on the bottom floor which has two bedrooms. Skylights give great light during the day but be prepared to rise and shine in the loft bedroom at sunrise. Coffee pot was clean but I had to give the inside a really good scrub to get the grime from the many uses to my liking. There should be clear instructions on how to lock the front door from the inside. It’s tricky and I personally don’t want to sleep with the front door open. After several tries we figured it out. Tall men beware of the chandelier over the dining room. My husband left with quite the bump and gash on his forehead when he leaned over the table and smacked his head on it. Like I said the skylights give off great light but It’s hot during the day and takes quite sometime to cool off, no air conditioning. Probably fine in the winter. They had carbon monoxide alarms which I liked. Lastly, I had to pay $169 cleaning fee and I was given a bunch of instructions on how to leave the unit , which included cleaning dishes, throwing away all the garbage and towels in the tub.We are pretty clean people and are not destructive but we found it a bit annoying to be charged for a cleaning lady and told to clean. All in, it’s a nice space but nothing is perfect.
- Haydee

Haydee, thank you for taking the time to leave a thorough and honest review of your stay at Booth Creek TH A2. We are delighted that you enjoyed our renovated home and found the kitchen to be well-appointed for meeting your needs. We are sorry to hear your complaint about the parking lot being dark and the walkway being steep. We, too, do not love these aspects, but, unfortunately, these are outside of our control. We do greatly appreciate you bringing the sheer curtains to our attention. We want our guests to be comfortable in our home, so I have already passed this along to our team for review. We do love the skylights, however, we understand that in the heat of summer and for those easily awakened by light, there can be inconveniences that come along with them as well. If you found that the coffee pot was not spotless upon your arrival, this was absolutely an oversight by our team. Thank you very much for letting us know about this issue so we can address it with our housekeeping team to avoid having this happen to any future guests. Thank you for your feedback about the door lock; we will be sure that instructions are added to our Guidebook to eliminate any confusion and allow guests to rest assured. We understand how being asked to tidy the home prior to departure can seem redundant when you are paying a cleaning fee, but this is how we are able to keep those fees low and ensure our homes are ready for 4pm check-in. Housekeeping does a great deal between vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, emptying the dishwasher, changing all linens, exchanging all towels, restocking amenities, disinfecting bathrooms, and much more. The checkout procedures are the same for all of our properties and just require the basics from our guests so we do not have to increase the fees we charge for housekeeping services. We appreciate your understanding about this. We hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back to Vail or Beaver Creek in the future so we can provide you with a 5-star vacation experience! Wonderful stay
5/5 stars
We had a great week staying at the townhome in East Vail. It was in such a great location across the street from a nice park and only a few miles from Vail Village. It was very quiet and peaceful with all of the amenities you would need. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children, and we had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying again!
- Bonnie

Great House / Location
5/5 stars
This was our second time staying here. It’s a great layout and the house comes stocked with everything you need. Great location if going west (Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon) or East (Frisco, Dillon, Breckenridge). Great house and iTrip is wonderful to work with on booking!

Great Place!
5/5 stars
This booth creek townhouse was perfect for what we needed. It was everything that was advertised. Very clean, stocked with essentials including adequate kitchen cookware and utensils. The wine fridge was delightful! It’s the perfect location for the bus route. Just a short 5 min walk and one of the first few stops going into and out of the village. We had to reschedule our trip due to a family emergency and itrip/vail mountain properties were very accommodating and allowed us to reschedule without hassle to a new available date. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay in Vail and we would definitely return here to stay again!

Great stay
5/5 stars
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhome. The townhome itself is well-appointed and everything has been kept in good condition. The ktichen is well-stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils. We also loved the location! The neighborhood is quiet, however, just across the street from home is a beautiful park with tennis courts and a playground. We also liked the quick access to the Gore Valley Trail with just a short walk to the path.
- Kimberly
Nice unit
4/5 stars
Nice place with nice updates. Great park next door and easy access to Vail and I 70. Would like to see curtains or something on the two main floor windows by the sidewalk as windows are always just uncovered. As a whole the owner has done nice finishes to the unit. Mention of steep walkway to condo would have been nice. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay
5/5 stars
We had a great time at the booth creek condo on our family vacation. The beautifully renovated condo was well equipped with high quality products (towels, kitchen supplies, bed linens) and well laid out for our group of 5 adults. It is located close to Vail - about a 5 minute drive and right on the bus line. Would highly recommend others staying here. Thank you to the iTrip team and the owners of the condo for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Great Vail Spring Break

Thank you Robin and Chris with Vail Vacations. The Booth Creek condo was furnished and decorated in a way that reflects the mountain feel of Vail. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The skylights were nice to wake up to the early morning sun. Good location.

Booth Creek
5/5 stars
Beautiful place to stay. 3 floors; Great for a family. If you have very small children the stairs may be an issue but could easily put up a pressure gate. Beautifully apointed, updated, very clean, smoke-free, pet-free. Parking space included but a short walk to free bus stop gets you to Vail Village and Lionshead quickly. If you don't want to drive, uber is also a very inexpensive option (but the parking lots at both spots are free in the summer). There is also a great playground and tennis courts almost across the street from property. Beds were comfortable, tvs in each room (we were never home for very long as Vail is so nice to explore outdoors!) We love the area and love this place. Hoping to make a trip back in the winter to ski!

Booth Creek
5/5 stars
The condo at Booth Creek was beautiful. The only thing we did not like were the skylights in the loft and the lack of a dresser. We basically had to live out of our suitcases for 4 days. We were up every morning at 5:30 am due to the light coming in the skylights. As there was a King size bed in the loft, I assumed it was a master suite. I am unable to change the rating, but I would give it 4 stars.

The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen amenities were very good. The area itself was very central to both Vail and Frisco. The fireplace was probably the most excellent part as we used it every day!

A Beautiful Condo in East Vail
5/5 stars
Just a ten minute walk to one of the most beautiful hikes in the Vail Valley, Booth Falls, this three bedroom unit has just been fully renovated with luxury finishes and decor. Itrip did a great job supporting our stay. It's a quiet unit in an East Vail condo development, just a short ride by shuttle bus or car to Vail Village. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Itrip, for making our stay most enjoyable!

Loved out stay!
5/5 stars
The accommodations are terrific! The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and has absolutely everything you could need. The decor is top notch. Our only comment would be the master bedroom and bath have very little to no storage for clothes and toiletries. Because our trip was in the summer this was not much of a problem, but I believe wintertime would be a different issue because you need so many more clothes. We would stay here again.
