We had a pleasant stay with an amazing view! The view on the balcony and down on the beach was unbeatable! The beach was never crowded & was very quiet and clean. The pull out couch was perfect for our kids and we had enough space for everything. The only thing we had hoped for was an oven. The neighbors constantly slammed their doors, but the unit itself was really good!

The facility is in the last 3% of a renovation. Everything looks great. The floors have been epoxied and new balcony handrails. The unit has new decor, tile floors, fairly spacious. We would rent again! The view was fantastic.

Great getaway for the week. Walking distance to tons of stores and restaurants. Cabanas available daily at the beach. The condo had all the amenities we could ask for. We had a great time and cannot wait to come back !!

We traveled as a couple, this was our first time in Treasure Island, we were booking for Clearwater. The Island Inn worked just fine for us, like a small studio apartment: - King Size bed (very comfortable) - pull out sofa (would be a tight squeeze for 4 people unless the other two were kids) - Fridge, cook top and microwave - balcony top floor with a great view of the ocean and beach! We were able to check in a couple of hours early which we appreciated, the staff here was able to store our suitcase in a secured storage closet as we got to the location early. There is a bus line right across the street, you can pay $5 for an all day pass, takes about 30 minutes to get to pier 6 in Clearwater. John’s Pass is close by and is a fun place to explore, restaurants, shops, and excursions. The pool area is small but has lots of seating, not much shade, and a nice pool. They also have a bar there that serves drinks and some bar food. The location was centrally located, about 30 minutes from PIE airport. The AC worked great! Bathroom was small but functional. Good value to stay here, easy to navigate. Thanks

My time at Island Inn was exceptional. The room was bigger than I expected. Plus the view was fantastic. When the cold water "went out", I was provided with plenty of bottled water to use. There are two umbrellas and a "sand screw" that allows for the umbrella shafts to be buried and supported in the sand. A chair was also included. Beach service is available for a reasonable price, but if it rains the attendant leaves and doesn't return. The Tiki Bar was a nice amenity. I hid out from the sun there a couple of times. :-) It was a social place. Within walking distance is Caddy's and Sloppy Joes. I had a blast at Caddy's. Went there for lunch a couple of times. This is the second time I have rented through iTrip and I have not had a bad experience with either rental. Great place, great value.

Our first time stay was just as we expected from the description and pictures. Nice efficiency unit with the basics. Comfortable accommodation. We needed an item and called and it was delivered within the hour from iTrip representative. Excellent service. Beautiful beaches. Stunning sunsets.

We live in Tampa and stayed two nights for a mini “staycation” and it was perfect! Friendly hotel staff, great location, everything we needed was provided to us from chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella. Sure it wasn’t SPARKLING clean, but as a Florida native I understand the expectations for a place at the beach unless you want to pay stupid amounts for a 5 star hotel. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. The bar located by the pool has a great staff. I would definitely come back!

We've stayed in the St. Pete area many times, and this was by far the favorite view we've had. From the balcony, we had an amazing view of the Gulf, we could hear the waves and see the stars at night. Our favorite beach bar is a short beach walk away. The bar, Caddy's on The Beach, even offers complimentary beach yoga, which I took advantage of. We used the kitchen to cook eggs every morning. The beach chairs and beach towels were a huge plus. On other trips, we've bought beach chairs and left them there. The only negative is the bathroom could use updating. You have to hold down the handle of the toilet awhile to get it to flush. And then tub could also use replacing. It looks like it was reglazed once and the glazing is pealing off. It was the perfect place for a quiet, romantic week with my husband! Thank you!

A nice unit right on the beach with great views. The beach towels & Beach chairs were nice. The unit is an efficiency & works well for a couple that doesn't plan to cook in the unit for more than a couple of meals. The only negative we saw about this unit, was the bath tub was rather slippery (needs anti-slip spots or mat).

This review was long time coming. My wife, toddler son and I stayed in this condo for a full week and had no complaints. Super friendly and approachable staff. We made use of the free dolphin cruise tickets and spotted some in the waters in the wild which was pretty cool. The free fat tire bike was an amazing early morning workout. The condo was clean and tidy and the view of the beach from outside the patio was like a dream. We bought groceries and did some cooking in the condo. There was a supermarket very close. For fish lovers, hog fish is something you must taste! We are planning on going back someday. Hope everything stays the same!

We found the accommodations very dated. Yes bed was new but mattress was not. Pillows uncomfortable. DVD player not working broken. Bathroom has no water pressure and tub terrible would not hold water. Microwave was 25 years old. Pull out is badly In need of new mattress. Location was ok Resort fee was ridiculous...no service in return or features what so ever. No restaurant. Not permitted to talk to front desk. No flexibility for Check in or out time so for approximately 18 hour stay not worth the money. Many other places nearby more affordable and many more amenities.

We're disappointed that it did not meet your expectations. We'll make sure the mattress and pillows are checked and replaced if necessary. Same with the DVD player and Microwave. We're not sure what you mean by the resort fees, as there are no resort fees necessary at this location. We are available 24hrs if needed for any maintenance or Guest issues.

My partner and I are a mature couple. We loved the location of 609 island Inn, directly on the beach and close to supermarket, bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable, exactly as it shows on the photos. The bed was large and comfy with a view to the beach. The kitchen area is compact but adequately to cook meals with sufficient crockery, pans , glasses and cutlery (flatware). The team at the front desk are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of parking spaces. There is a nice pool with tiki bar. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

We rented unit 609 at the Island Inn for a birthday weekend getaway, with a child. The hotel itself is pretty old, but freshly painted, and the pool was clean, though heavily chlorinated - we had to go get eye drops after swimming. We used the grills and outdoor dining area, which was really nice. The view was beautiful, and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins, birds and beachgoers. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, though there were a couple of issues in the bathroom. One, the toilet handle had to be held down until the toilet completely flushed, and two, the bathtub, though it may have been clean, was really old and looked as if no amount of Scrubbing Bubbles would ever make it look completely clean again. Staff was VERY nice and accommodating.

Exactly as pictured. Watched dolphins everyday from the balcony, and spectacular sunsets. We were looking for something affordable and private on the beach, and this fit the bill exactly. Had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Recommended to friends already.

What an amazing location! My husband and I stayed at this condo, and we were instantly taken back by the view looking out from the bedroom/living room (it's all one). The place is very nicely furnished, and everything was clean and tidy. No complaints to speak of. The weather was wonderful, the beach was quiet and clean, and we found some fabulous restaurants nearby. Itrip was available for some questions we had, and the staff at the building were very helpful. Overall, a great stay, and we would certainly consider returning. Thank you!!
