1) The unit has one reserved parking space that will not accommodate large vehicles.

2) Ocean Ritz has overflow parking across the street from the building which is first come first serve.

4) The parking lot at 9941 Thomas Drive allows weekly parking at $42 per week. This lot is generally able to accommodate boats or large vehicles such as RVs.
