HAZARDOUS PRACTICES

No open flames ie. Candle burning is permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm

FALSIFIED RESERVATION

any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.

UTILITIES

No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. Please note that you may want to bring a calling card for placing long distance phone calls, as these are restricted.

ENTRY BY OWNER

Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.    Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2.    All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. Please place trash bins in front of house for pickup.
3.    Close all blinds in all rooms.
4.    Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
5.    "No pets" policy must be observed, when Pets are not allowed on premises.
6.    Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the unit.
7.    Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
8.    Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.

HOLD HARMLESS

iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

We loved staying at this property with our two adult daughters and dog. There was everything you needed in the kitchen, and we appreciated all the windows that created beautiful views from the home. Though we only used it once (due to the temperature), the fireplace was so nice to have! The beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean - nice, soft sheets! The deck was fabulous where we enjoyed morning coffee and sunrises. It was a beautiful, serene setting, and we enjoyed the quiet. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this property!

This is our third year doing a long-term rental at Tranquil Aspens. It has become our “home away from home” and is such a comfortable place to be. Excellently furnished and the kitchen is well outfitted. The beds are all very comfortable. Super location and sitting by the gas fireplace is the perfect place to end the day after skiing. We are looking forward to next year already.

The Tranquil Pines home met all of our expectations for a New Year's family gathering and ski trip. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked with all needed kitchen items, linens, towels, etc., as well as games and puzzles! We appreciated the warm, cozy, gas fireplace and the spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. We were especially happy about the choice of nordic ski areas within a short driving distance. The house is close to town (for groceries and such) but is not IN town, which was perfect for us. Finally, communication with the host was excellent - prompt and helpful.

We were in McCall for a family wedding and this cabin was perfect for us. The kitchen was very large and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for the five of us. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were all comfortable. In addition, the cabin was spotless. It was very quiet and we saw several deer when we were there. It was a fantastic stay and we would rent again when staying in McCall!

Our stay was wonderful! Great location, both quite and close to town. The home is very welcoming. We saw deer right outside each morning, and plenty of stars at night. Both bathrooms were large and all beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend!

Tranquil Aspens is the perfect home to stay in for family fun and relaxation. The cabin is situated in a beautiful neighborhood, close to town. We loved the attention to detail when it comes to having the basic necessities for our stay. We appreciated the amount of space and comfortable beds. The cabin is beautiful, inside and out. The windows can be easily opened to let the cool breeze in during the summer nights. We would definitely stay again!

This cabin was spacious and fit our family of four well. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and clean. A magic plow and snow fairy shoveled and plowed after 5” of snow overnight and the property didn’t seem to have crazy rules like some do. The dog enjoyed the fire place. ?

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin. The location was perfect having access to ski at Brundage and downtown Mccall all within a short ten minute drive. The kitchen was also well stocked for our homemade meals we prepared. I will definitely be returning here for my next getaway and bring my dog next time.

This is the second year that we have done a long term rental in January-February at Tranquil Aspens. It is a super comfortable place with plenty of room. Great location and very easy to get to. We love the cozy gas fireplace. Very nice furnishings and beds. The kitchen was supplied better this year with more (and nicer) pots and pans and more silverware. The plates and cups could definitely use an upgrade. The perfect place for 5 weeks of skiing. We will be back next year!

LOVED it! This home was perfect for our family. One of our 4 boys couldn’t join us, but the 3 that did had a great time. Our home away from home was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We were able to save a ton of money by making dinner at home every night. It is only a twenty minute drive to Brundage Ski Resort. We found the snow there unmatched, light fluffy powder. All the people we met in Idaho were very friendly. We can’t wait to come back during the summer for a sunny adventure in McCall.

We spent ten days here the first week of December. We had an awesome time and we were so happy we could bring our two small dogs with us. The cabin was ready for us and was clean and in good repair. The cabin had a wonderful fireplace which we thoroughly enjoyed.on a daily basis. They also had a great barbecue available. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it. Only wish they had a garage.

We had mixed feelings regarding the house. First impressions not great with over grown weeds surrounding the home. Most of the inside was run down with uncomfortable furniture, dining table and beds. We did enjoy the outdoor porch, bbq and patio set. The appliances are old and did not work that great with having to wait over 30 minutes to just preheat the oven. The house was not cleaned that well with sand all over the main bathroom floor. Also the front door knob would not keep the door latched shut and had to lock it every time we shut the door. We did like the location but will probably not return again unless updated and better maintained.

Overall our stay was great. The cabin and amenities were top notch. Having said that, the owner needs to spend some time and money on maintenance and upgrades. The small chairs need reupholstery or replaced. The cushions are worn out. We applaud the pet friendliness of the place but the cleaning needs to keep up with the pets. Comforters need to be cleaned regularly to remove pet hair. We noted some other maintenance issues but all-in-all our stay was great. We can recommend the place without reservation but can’t rate it higher than three stars because of the issues mentioned. If these are fixed it will easily earn a higher rating.

The Aspen house in McCall Idaho was perfect for our mother's day getaway. I treated my mom and sister to a quilt/sewing weekend in McCall and this house had enough space for the three of us. The house was clean and the pictures on line were spot on. The house has three bedrooms, each with sleep number beds like the website says. However, the beds upstairs are old. The bed in the room to the right as you come up the stairs, is the oldest and I couldn't get the mattress to work correctly, it has a huge hole in the middle, so it didn't matter where you slept, you ended up in the middle. The bed in the room to the left, upstairs also had a hole on one side. We could only get one side of the sleep number mattress to work. No issues with the bed downstairs. We couldn't get Prime Video to work. We were able to view Netflix but not Prime Video. We would have liked a folding table and chairs to accommodate the sewing machines and for fabric cutting but I understand that our sewing weekend is a unique circumstance. The kitchen table is bar height and is ok for eating and prepping food, but definitely was a challenge for sewing. I did bring an extra folding table which worked for fabric cutting but I didn't bring extra chairs, which we could have used. The kitchen is well stocked but could use an upgrade on the pots and pans. There was a lot of cast iron and I am not familiar with cooking in cast iron. Simple non stick pans would be a benefit. The fridge and kitchen were very clean and the bathrooms were huge and very clean as well. I would definitely rent this home again, even with the mattress situation. The home was close to town, we ordered pizza and went to pick it up. Easily only a 20 minute round trip. Very quiet neighborhood. (It could have been because of COVID 19 but still....) The rating for this wouldn't let me change from 5 stars. I would only give it 4 stars because of the mattress situation. The star rating is misleading if you cannot change the star rating. !! -Anne
