At the beach
4/5 stars
The description was 100% accurate. Beach was across street. The house was clean and plenty of space for 4 adults. Close to everything. Only a few small things that might make others stay a little better. Needed to have more supplies like. Toilet paper. (two small rolls not enough for 4 adult for 4 days.) At least a small thing of laundry soap, enough for two loads. Hard soap for bathroom. Maybe board games or cards for the days when is rains. Larger beach towels or maybe a beach blanket.

Cute Cottage

This was perfect for my friend and I to stay as we visited my sister. I’m glad we found this 2 BR with 2 queen beds. A lot of vacation rentals have twin beds and we didn’t want that. We didn’t do any cooking at the cottage, but it appeared to be equipped with all one would need in the kitchen. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The A/C worked well. We were close to the Beach access across Gulf Blvd and an easy walk for half a block. There were folding chairs at the cottage, but we found it easier to rent an umbrella and lounge chairs at the beach. I didn’t realize this until later in our stay, but there were a few games, books and playing cards in one of the cabinets. It was an all around great place to stay!

I'm not one to complain but Its what you would expect from a place that is right on the beach. My family enjoyed it and I would diffently recommend to others and everywhere you want to go is walking distance.

Location!!

We had a lovely stay at Sea Cottage! Location is the name of the game! Steps from a coffee shop, a taco eatery, and just about anything you would want! We walked everywhere. The cottage was clean and well equipped with whatever we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay
5/5 stars
Perfect for a beach weekend with my 21 year old daughter and 77 year old mother. Location was great and the cottage was clean and had everything one would need. If our stay was much longer I would suggest more comfortable living room furniture but all the other good stuff made up for that. If I were to come back to the area I would definitely book again.

Wonderful cottage!
5/5 stars
Sea cottage #3 was a great place to stay! It was quaint and a short walk across the street to the public beach access as well as restaurants and Gulf Blvd. The beach there was the best we visited, clean and lightly populated. The house was as described, just enough to sleep at night, hold our snacks, and have privacy while feeling right at home. Certainly a great place for the price! Would recommend it to anyone.

We rented Cottage 103 on Madeira Beach. The cottage was clean and the location was quiet and near everything. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and had anything you could possibly need to cook. The beach is a 3 minute walk, the trolley stop a 3 minute walk (took trolley to John's Pass) and there are several restaurants/bars within walking distance. The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 star rating is because of the beds. The mattresses are old and need to be replaced. Both my husband and self had a backache after the first night. Otherwise, perfect vacation get away!

Pleasant Stay Cute Cottage

Nice place across the street from the beach. Many things within walking distance including John's Pass, a cute village with shops, restaurants and boat rentals. I felt the neighborhood was safe and we didn't have any trouble with noise even though it is relatively close to the main drag, Gulf Blvd. Things we did while here. Close by John's Pass where we rented a boat, the beach, DoraLynn Books and the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary. Loved the little coffee shop Sweet Brewnettes, visited here my first day for tea and they helped me with a map and some coupons. Within 30 mins is St Petersberg, downtown is nice. Lots of stores and restaurants. Also, if you like bookstores and history, go and visit Haslam's. It's a huge old bookstore which is said have it's own ghost. It also has bookstore kittys, I think 4 of them live there. We also went to Sunken Gardens in St Petersberg, nice botanical gardens with a lot of shade and history. Tampa is about 45 mins away. We did a tour of Ybor City (saw the wild chickens) and it's museum. Had a great docent who spoke about the cigar industry and the melting pot of the area. Came for a wedding but got a lot of tourist stuff in as well. Thanks!

Another Wonderful Stay in the Sea Cottage !
5/5 stars
The rental is just as pictured in the listing. The management is very responsive and checks in on you when you arrive - thanks for the Swiffer ! Great location with ample parking - just a short walk across the street to the beach. The cottage is close enough to bars, restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping that most people could walk. We used the charcoal grill more than a couple times. We like this place and location so much we've stayed twice and would recommend it.

Great Beach Rental
5/5 stars
We really enjoyed this little house and would stay again. It was comfortable and quiet - even with Dockside Dave's so close. The house was clean and accommodating and the beach access was just across the street. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the living room TV - it was analog even though there was a digital TV listing and more importantly to us, the TV USB port was outdated so we were unable to hook up our devices to watch Netflix, etc.. and after a day on the beach it would have been nice to relax and watch a movie or show together. TVs now are so reasonably priced, I hope the owners considers this. Other than that, we would be very happy to rent this house again.

Sweet Cottage in Madeira Beach!
5/5 stars
I stayed at this property this past weekend and it was prefect for myself, my husband and six year old son. It was very cute, clean and comfortable. I felt at home as soon as we entered it. Interior looks just like photos on website and location is great. It's a five minute walk to the beach. There is a busy road to cross, but there is a conveniently placed cross walk to get to there safely. Good restaurants within walking distance which was great having a young child on the trip. Was nice to have a full kitchen to cook in some of the time. The beach was beautiful and we had great fun! My son wants to come back and stay at the cottage again next year!

Amazing time in Mad Beach!!!
5/5 stars
Just came back from a wonderful week at 103-Sea Cottage with my husband and two teenage daughters. Although the temps were cooler than normal, the sun was wonderful and we had a fabulous time. The cottage was exactly as shown on line and was a perfect amount of space for us to spread out and not be tripping over each other. The kitchen was large, clean and modern and it was great having a washer and dryer on site!! It’s location was awesome as well, 2 minutes to the beach and surrounded by great dining options! We hope to be back soon and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone.

charming and great location
5/5 stars
What a perfect end to our 10 day vacation. The Sea Cottage was perfect for our stay and a plus was being able to park the car and walk to our restaurant and sports bar down the road. We even ventured across the street to the public beach access. Quite convenient. The neighbors were quiet (even though it was a Saturday night) and we felt secure while we slept. The interior was all newly remodeled and the beds were very comfy and so were the living room chairs/couch/lounger I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time. Clean and stocked with everything needed. One block from the beach and great shelling. Lot's of great restaurants, some within walking distance. Lot's of things to do in the area, ie: Honeymoon Island State Park, Fort DeSota, Friday Market at Treasure Island, Sunsets, Bird Sanctuary, John's Pass, Seeing dolphins almost every day, great weather, great beach walking.

Cute Cottage
4/5 stars
Cottage was very cute. Very clean. Very nice. Very well supplied. All amenities were as promised. Loved having a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Our only complaint would be the distance to the beach and having to cross a very busy road to get to the beach. The ad says "just steps to the beach" when actually it's quite a distance if you're carrying beach supplies. Beach area was beautiful and clean once you got there though. Would've liked to have a beach umbrella and beach chairs onsite and available for use. Overall the cottage was everything it was advertised to be.

Great little cottage
5/5 stars
This is a great little cottage and I anticipate we will be using it again in the future. The cottage was as good as advertised and was well equipped with beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. We also enjoyed the outdoor chairs on site as it was pleasant to be able to sit outside in the front in the evenings.

Sweet little cottage
5/5 stars
My aunt and I stayed here while we were in Florida on family business. It was the perfect sanctuary to retreat to after some very long days. The layout was ideal for two single ladies who enjoy each other's company, but also like their privacy. The livingroom is cozy and comfortable, the kitchen has ample room to prepare meals, and the patio was lovely for enjoying the evening air and a meal or two. The beds are comfortable and the bath is clean and modern. The public beach is half a block away, with showers and foot wash at the edge of the parking lot (look for them, it took us several days to notice). Several restaurants are within walking distance. I can't imagine a more ideal spot to call "home base" for 9 days.
