A beautiful 1/4 mile walk around the lake to the Keystone Conference Center. This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Deck overlooks Snake River. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

Seasons 1850 is located in the Lakeside Village neighborhood of Keystone Resort. This tranquil home is nestled in the spruce trees, overlooks Snake River and is a short walk from Keystone Lake. We are a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails, and natural wonders. And we're just 6.9 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year!

Summit County offers some of the most diverse terrain available in the world. Enjoy world-class downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, tubing, sledding, sleigh rides, snowshoeing, dog sledding, festivals, hiking, fishing, local theater, concerts, outlet shopping, and more.

But by far, the best-kept secret in Summit County is that there's actually more to do in the summer than in the winter! Get out and enjoy golfing, fly fishing, biking, hiking, whitewater rafting, sailing, boating, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, tennis, swimming, hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, gold mine tours, scenic chairlift rides, outlet shopping, concerts, festivals, and jeep/ATV/Hummer tours, just to name a few.

All photos (furnishings subject to change), amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate. We supply starter shampoo, soaps, paper products, firewood where applicable and hotel-quality towels and linens. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection insurance policy.

Comfortable townhome in the heart of Keystone

We had a lovely stay at this comfortable townhome in Keystone. We found both the location and the floorplan excellent for our needs. We were close to hiking trails, grocery stores, and Dillon lake. A creek runs right behind the condo with a little trail to be enjoyed for an evening walk. Mat, our local itrip agent went over and beyond to make our stay peaceful and comfortable. Thank you, Mat. We recommend both itrip Keystone and this townhome.

We so enjoyed our stay at Seasons 1850! It is a quiet and peaceful condo (just as we had hoped), with the sound of the Snake River running in the back. It was big enough to accommodate four adults, two kids, and a big dog quite comfortably. We loved being a short walk to the Keystone Village ... a trip we took twice a day! Mat and Penni are great hosts! Any questions we had, from the beginning of booking until the end of our stay, they were quick to respond! Two big pluses for us were the garage (it was awesome!), and having two kind beds available. Definitely somewhere we would like to stay again!

Place was very nice. As advertised. If you’ve used other rental companies in the I-70 corridor, you have probably seen the ‘bait and switch’ game many companies play. ITrip and AirBnB are legit and you get the place you booked on line! I highly recommend!
