Some ongoing renovations may continue taking place now that Estero Beach Villas condos has reopened; the beautiful beach frontage and pool is open and accessible for your use and enjoyment!

While Fort Myers Beach continues to rebuild from the impacts of Hurricane Ian and though our island paradise may look a bit different than it once did, the sun continues to shine each day and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Lovely 6th floor beach front, new flooring & newly painted, Gulf view Condominium with just under 1,000 square feet of living space, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping up to 6.

Open concept main living area with living and dining areas overlooking the fully screened lanai balcony with a STUNNING western view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Just north of the property is Bowditch Pointe Regional Park a 17-acre park that is located at the northern tip of Estero Island. This serene location, which encompasses the entire end of the island, offers a choice of settings to fulfill your needs. The back bay offers quiet waters, peaceful surroundings and a close up look of vessels entering and exiting the bay. The park area features tables and grills, available on a first come first serve basis, in a shaded tropical setting sure to please any picnicker. The gulf front is more active while still providing a relaxed atmosphere for walkers, swimmers and sunbathers. Walking trails, through the restoration/preserve area, carry you through varied environments and offers an excellent opportunity for bird watching while being highlighted by panoramic views of Estero Bay. Bowditch Point Park is a designated Great Florida Birding Trail site.

A Saltwater Fishing License is required to saltwater fish from shore. There is no fee for Florida residents.

Take the Island's Beach Trolley street side (runs till 9pm) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, movie cinema, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and casino ships, numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and travels to the Everglades!

Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twin and the Boston Red Sox. And have we mentioned golf?

A trip to Fort Myers Beach has a little something for everyone. We can't wait for you to fall in love with our tropical paradise!

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89. 
 
Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

We recently spent 5 days at Beach Villa and enjoyed every minute. The unit was just the right size, clean, and the view was lovely. No waiting for elevators, great parking. Pool is small, but most of the time we had it to ourselves. The only downside was the bedrooms were warm at night. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time with the beach literally just steps from our condo. View was stunning..right over the beach. The condo was comfortable, although we prefer a bit more updated in appliances, they were functional. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. There was a washer and dryer in the room. The air worked very well. Bed was comfortable. When we arrived I contacted the administrator immediately as I was disappointed in the cleanliness. They took care of my complaint first thing and I was completely satisfied with how they handled the situation. We will definitely visit this condo again.

The condo is located on the north end of the island which was quieter than other areas. It was very clean and had plenty of room. The only complaint I have was that the beds are not comfortable. If the owner would update the mattresses, it would have been a much more pleasant stay and I would’ve given a five-star review.

We found unit 604 adequate for our needs. Other reviews said bathroom faucets need replacement, we are in agreement, the kids don’t have the strength to turn on the water. Also we agree with other reviewers, this unit is due for a remodel. The beach is right there, not crowded at all. Beach is great for kids, they can walk out a good distance in shallow water, our water was calm all week. We rented an umbrella and chairs from the beach vendor, there are chairs and umbrellas in condo. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms got dark, made for good sleeping. Both elevators worked great all week. The washer and dryer are nice and served us well. I would come back again. Thanks

Pros: Great location! Lovely screened deck with great view of the ocean and direct access to the beach. Nice pool, and tables/grilling area. Closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, boogie board, etc. which was great since we flew. Wonderful to have washer/dryer in the unit. Cons: Kitchen and bathrooms need updated—especially the faucets. Our 5 & 6 year olds could not pull up on the handle to operate and had to have help every time they needed to wash hands or brush teeth. Kitchen had good amount of pots/pans, cups, silverware, but no can opener, pot holder, or dishwasher detergent. Thankfully I always bring a few pods, so we didn’t have to buy any.

Condo was spacious but in need of updating. Shower head felt like needles, no way to adjust. Bathroom needed balance valve, blast of hot or cold water if someone used sink. Views were amazing.

I love the location, it is literally right on the beach, the pictures you see on the website are exactly what you get, ( not always the case in other places). The furniture is very tropical and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and small appliances you need. Parking is very convenient. They even have a vacuum to clean the sand out of the condo. The only minor complaint is the Mbr tub had a non slip mat that was very dirty.. i would definitely revisit.
