This beautiful, newly renovated townhome is ideally situated in the splendor of the Rocky Mountains in the community of Eagle Vail. In-residence is a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, slow cooker, Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender and dishwasher), dining table for 6, living room with a large stone wood burning fireplace and large screen smart tv, washer/dryer and patio off the living area for meals outdoors on those blue sky days. Two parking spaces are available with this rental.

The main level features 2 of the Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The Primary Bedroom features a King Size Bed, Ceiling Fan, Smart TV and Ensuite Bath with a single vanity and Tub/Shower Combination. Down the hall, will be Bedroom 2 with a Queen Bed and Ceiling Fan. The Hall Bath features a single vanity and a Tub/Shower Combination.

The attractive upper level loft features a king bed with a ceiling fan, large screen smart tv, and private access to the upper balcony, where you can step out in the morning for a breath of mountain air! A full bath with a single vanity and Tub/Shower Combination is located off the hall. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a full bed. This comfortable home sleeps 8 in 4 beds. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.

This home is located in the community of Eagle Vail. EagleVail is a multi-faceted mountain community located in the heart of the Eagle River Valley in Eagle County, CO. Minutes from world-class skiing in Vail, Beaver Creek, and Arrowhead. EagleVail's amenities include the EagleVail Golf Club, Willow Creek Par 3 Golf Course, EagleVail swimming pool, EagleVail Pavilion, tennis courts, sports fields, community parks, open space and trails for both hiking and biking, quality waters nearby for fishing, white water rafting and kayaking, and more!

The entrance to Beaver Creek Resort is a short drive west on Highway 6. Vail is just 10 minutes down the road where there's not only some of the best skiing in the world, but world-class shops and restaurants. Summer is loaded with fun activities as well! Enjoy hiking trails in the valley such as Booth Creek Trail where one can see the breathtaking Booth Falls or head up to Lake Constantine via the Fall Creek Trail.

For indoor fun, head over to the Avon Recreation Center where, for a small fee, you'll not only find a swimming pool, hot tub, yoga, cardio equipment and Pilates classes, but also an aquatic center that includes a lap pool, climbing wall (off large pool), water slide and lazy river that provides loads of fun for the whole family.

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Rented this unit and Unit #4 (next door) together for our family and extended family of 7 folks. Lovely updated condo with a very nice patio including firepit. Hung out there every morning and evening before taking in the local sites. Perfect for our family.

This was a great stay at a prime location. We came to town to ski at Beaver Creek and it was a nice stay for the 6 of us (3 couples). We enjoyed the proximity to Beaver Creek resort, Avon, and Vail allowing us to take advantage of the dining options in all of the places. The host did a great job of communicating throughout the process from booking to checking out. I would definitely stay here agian.

Great location to both beaver creek (5-10 min drive) and to vail (10-15 min). Managment was very easy to communicate with through text. Minor issues were addressed promptly. Fully stocked kitchen with good spices available. Would definitely stay again!

This place was super easy to find and very close to Beaver Creek for skiing. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We thought all the family photos and trip photos that were labeled in the hallway were fun to see. It kept us wondering if it was the owners family or randoms. Lol we have never seen family photos in a rental home before. Someone really thought about the things we might need while we stay here. I was surprised when I saw the King bed in the loft. I really thought it was in the upstairs room and the day bed was in the loft part. I guess I was a little confused, but it did work out just fine anyway.

this was very well priced well kept house. it is 15 mins from vail so its very convenient. it has a nice fireplace which we especially enjoyed. the upstairs loft which has a king bed is nice but has limited privacy and noise will carry since there is no door, otherwise all accommodations were great

We appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and nice location for our stay at Deer Blvd 877, #3. Communication with Vail Vacation properties was very good; check in /out was easy. The unit is however quite dated and not inexpensive. Designating the loft as the "master bedroom" seems illogical. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks for everything.

Everything worked with receiving code on time and gaining access. Functional unit, small dated (1970's at best) kitchen, limited glassware, no ice maker but lots of hot water. One mile to Beaver and 10 miles to Vail.

Wonderful location & a nice home

The home we rented was perfect for our needs and was will situated in Avon. It is close to I 70 and minutes from the restaurants and shops which are located in Avon. We arrived to find a very clean and comfortable home. Our only issue is that the furnishings are tired and some of the mattresses need to be replaced. Still, it is our hope to rent this home again next year.

Family ski vacatio

Rented this unit for us to get together with our adult children for a family vacation. We had a rental car so we had no trouble getting to both Vail and Beaver Creek to ski. The condo is located less than 2 miles from a super Walmart which made it easy to get food etc. The condo was as advertised and looked the same as in the photos. The unit is a little dated and could use some updates but we were there to ski and only had breakfast and snacks in the unit. There are 3 full bathrooms which we used between the 5 adults and they were stocked with samples of soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. We had brought our own but it was nice to have some on hand. My only two suggestions would be to 1. clean the carpets (they had some spots and looked like they needed a shampoo). 2. add a boot tray in the entry for snowy boots- the hallway entrance is tight and every day when we came back i ended up wiping up melted snow so we wouldn't get wet socks walking into kitchen. The condo is near many great restaurant that gave us lots of choices for dinner. Would definitely rent this unit again based on the location and cost!!

some pluses, some issues, good location for winter multisport family

1. Good location for a winter multisport family- cross country ski and snowshoe for hours right out the door. Downhill required a drive to Elk lot ($10/day) but the buses from there to the ski hill were frequent. 2. Parking at condo for 2 cars. Snow removal good. 3. I've stayed in many condos that were a lot cheaper than this but more updated. The oven had a very difficult time cooking most dinners but especially Christmas dinner. It may need to be replaced. 4. Well stocked kitchen for implements. (waffle maker, rolling pin and mixer!!) 5. Three full bathrooms were great for a large group after skiing all day. 6. The open master bedroom upstairs did not provide much privacy- it should be enclosed somehow. We gave it to the early riser. For us, it was not an appealing way to sleep- way too exposed. 7. I would rent in this area again but not this condo because of the stove and master bedroom issues.

This condo was very nice. It suited 8 of us very well. It was located close to Beaver Creek for a short commute. The condo was very clean. The pots and pans in the kitchen could use an upgrade and an ice maker in the freezer would have been nice.

I had never looked into renting a townhome before, but I will definitely continue to look into it when we travel. We were trying to house 4 adults for a golf weekend near Eagle-Vail. This place was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen necessities were all there. The location on the golf course was perfect and made for a nice morning coffee view. It was close to Avon and Vail. And very reasonably priced! Definitely cheaper and homier than a hotel!

Excellent Ski Condo

This condo worked great for our family of 6 adults. The unit was just as described. Well located, a mile from Beaver Creek Resort and downtown Avon, and 6 miles from Vail Lionshead parking. Downtown Avon has an excellent large grocery store, ski rental shop and a number of restaurants. A gas station, mini-market and bus stop are 100 yds from the from door. Neighborhood is quiet, and no steep streets to get there - in case it's snowing.

This house was spacious and great for a large group. Plenty of towels and room for our group of 8. Easy access to get in and great parking. The shuttle is not free to take to the mountain so we drove but it was only a mile away for parking. Clean and a great cozy house!
