FULL DESCRIPTION

Beautiful pool home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Sugar Ridge.  This comfortable private home is located just 5.1 miles from downtown Bradenton.  Downtown Bradenton is on the water and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts.  The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 15-minute drive (7.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watching a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping.   You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach.  The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas.

There is a private pool that can be accessed from the kitchen, master bedroom, or third bedroom.  The whole house looks out onto the pool that also has a water view of the pond in the backyard.  (Pool can be heated in cooler months (December - April) for an extra fee of 35.00 a day. Please schedule before arrival.

The living room is spacious with a large chair/ottoman and couch that are perfect for watching TV on the large 70" screen.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, shower stall, and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has queen-size, and the third bedroom has two twins.   The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home.  There are several areas to sit down and have a meal either in the kitchen, bar area, outdoor by the pool or in the more formal dining area.   All areas have great pool views, so it feels like your little oasis.

Frequently Asked Questions

1—Please no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted.  This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance.  
2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are not allowed.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick up day. 
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
8—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9—Garage door opener is to be returned upon move-out by Tenant if provided.  There will be a $25.00 charge if lost or missing upon check-out.
10—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm.  Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
11—Swim at your own risk, small children should be monitored at all times around the pool. 
12- You agree to only operate fans in bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.
