Enjoy this stunning, updated and immaculate 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home sleeping 10 in a king, two doubles, two doubles, along with world class Sea Colony amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, tennis, pickle ball, 5 minute free shuttle to the beach and much more! Recent updates include a new washer dryer and upstairs TV. All amenities including the pool are a short walk, about 1-4 medium blocks from the house. The shuttle to the beach is outside the door on the corner. There is parking for two cars. Sea Colony is a winner of the United States Tennis Association's Tennis Facilities Award for Excellence!

Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. You receive one pass per activity per home, per day including:

This beautiful home features a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with Whirlpool appliances, seating for 10, living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, first floor screened in porch, private rear sundeck off the second floor master bedroom, a front patio with covered seating, a propane barbecue and a garage to keep one of your cars out of the sun. All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor and feature very high quality mattresses and bedding.

Please bring your own linens, towels and all necessary paper goods such as toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen garbage bags. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary plates, silverware, pots pans, etc. But bring your own spices and oils please. To rent linens and towels, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.

Sea Colony's oceanfront features five oceanfront pools (including one indoor) and three kiddie pools, plus exercise facilities.

In addition to the nearby shopping and dining opportunities, Sea Colony Tennis Community also offers a variety of programs, including Club Sea Colony and Kids Night Out, which are designed to make Sea Colony a great escape for families and visitors of all ages. Additional activities are available near by in Rehoboth Beach to the north or Ocean City, Maryland to the south.

There is a $50 per person (over 4 years of age) amenity fee (badge), per week to access all facilities including the private beach and shuttle. This fee is paid at Sea Colony. Parking passes are free with badge purchases. 2 badges or under get 1 parking pass, 3 or more badges get 2 parking passes. There is a digital lock at the property. No keys to pick up!

Age Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book any property.
Linens and Towels: Please bring your own. If you prefer to rent, we can recommend a vendor when you book. Please inquire.
Check In / Check Out: 3p / 10a (unless otherwise agreed).
Wifi & Passwords: Yes, passwords will be at the home or in your check in instructions.
Smoking: Absolutely no smoking ANYTHING in the house.
Kitchens & Baths: Well stocked with all necessaries to cook for the advertised occupancy - but no spices or paper goods.
Pets: If the home is advertised as pet friendly, it is on a case by case basis, subject to type, breed, size, age and training. The pet fee is typically $100 per week or $50 for a short stay and must be added to your invoice. Please write with your pet's specific description.
Cleaning Supplies: A few. It varies by home but most have brooms, vaccum cleaners, sponges.
Coffee Makers: Drip unless otherwise advised.
Keys: Keys are either at the house or electronic. There is no office. Instructions are given when the balance is paid.
Cancellation: Most policies are pretty strict. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance, which is available from us or other vendors. Please consult your lease.
Parking: All homes have adequate parking. Where local parking passes are required for parking on the street at the house in-season, passes are provided.

This is our fourth year at this lovely unit Very well appointed and updated and great location on west side of Sea Colony . Close to trams, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and pools . Unit is spacious and quiet location with great parking . Nice area for walking and biking . Unit was generally clean . A few things were left behind in kitchen from previous renters and under beds this year. Also had problem with freezer but property manager was helpful although unable to fix . Would love to have a full length mirror somewhere in unit otherwise pretty perfect. You will not be disappointed!

Upon arrival the photos of this unit don’t do it justice!! The unit it beautifully decorated. At closer inspection the unit was not as clean as I would have hoped. There was mildew all over the second hall bathroom. Honestly, I don’t think the place was even cleaned before we came…there was hair in the shower! I reached out and they did send the cleaner to replace the shower curtain and mat…but it was a day later so, I ended up cleaning the tub and tile myself! The unit needs a deep clean. In addition two of the three tvs were not working and remotes were missing batteries. The owner herself was nice enough to come over and fix the issue and even had to get a new box. I appreciated the fixes to remedy the situation, I just think for paying close to 4K, this should have been something was checked…and the shower should have been same day fix!!! The place would have been a 5…but all the the fixes were resolved 3 days later.

This is a beautiful rental with lots of space for everyone. Great kitchen with everything you need. More like a home than a beach rental. Owner was immediately responsive to all questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

We love Sea Colony and this is our favorite rental (3 years and counting). Perfect size for our family and always in tip top shape. Super comfy beds and upgraded kitchen. the trolly (the "Charlie" according to the kids) is so convenient and there's a pool just a block away. Hoping we can get this same unit again next summer!

We loved the house. Everything was recently updated and very clean and new. The finishes were really nice. The kitchen was lovely. We don’t cook a lot while on vacation, but I would have had no problem cooking in this one because it was so clean and large. There were lots of little touches that you don’t get with every beach rental - like hangers, lots of seating in the living room. We like location. Would definitely rent here again.

This was our second year here and we still love it. This house has everything you need for a great vacation week. The beds are comfy and appliances all like new. Lots of room around the big dining room table or the HUGE kitchen island for family meals. We love the enclosed porch for playing board games. We are ready to book for next year!

My extended family had a wonderful stay at 53011 Lakeshore Drive in Sea Colony. The photos do not do the house justice - the place is much nicer than it appears online. All of the fixtures and decor has been recently updated and are gorgeous. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. The location of the house could not be topped. The beach was only a 5 min bike ride, a 20 min walk, or a short tram ride away. The house is also located very close to two an outdoor pool, the tennis center, and the gym, on a quiet street. The property manager, Jeremy, was very responsive and easy to deal with.

We loved this newly decorated and upgraded beach house! Everything about it was top-notch... From the new appliances to the rain shower in the master bath. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the back porch was a plus. Lots of DVDs, games and video games. The garage was a bonus for stashing bikes and beach toys. Not to mention all the wonderful Sea Colony amenities. We will definitely be renting this one again!

The home was clean and modern-we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a 15 min bike ride from the beach and close to all the amenities within Sea Colony--tennis, pickleball, walking trails, & pools. I would have rated the property 5 stars, however we tried to utilize the free fun pass that came with our rental but we were never able to reach an agent to book our kayaking or golf trip. This was disappointing, but really the only let down. It was a relaxing getaway and I would stay here again.

As usual we had a great time in Sea Colony. In the past we had always rented condos, however this year we went with the town house and it made it that much more enjoyable. We really had a great time at this location, and will look to rent it next year. The house was spacious, clean, had a big kitchen and sleeping accommodations were perfect. We rented this townhouse with another family and had a terrific week. The sunroom was the perfect adult spot for coffee, drinks, and games. There was plenty of bed space and places for everyone to go when they needed a break or a nap. The kitchen was fully stocked... including a crockpot which was perfect for post beach day meals. The only negative was the king mattress was not very comfortable. Each side has ruts with a noticeable hump in the center. All other beds and sofas were very comfortable.

House was adequate for our group of seven. We found the kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Location was close to tram stop. Beds were very comfortable. Sun room appeared to me newly remodeled. The floor had a slight odor and produced a lot of condensation which was slippery. Minor cleaning issues: wrappers and such left under beds, bed spreads could be refreshed. Biggest issue was with new Sea Colony policy with regard to checking in. I've stayed at SC for several years and never experienced the nightmare checkin. Apparently SC board made up of owners instituted a new policy that creates quite and inconvenient checkin process. Had to wait an estimated 45 minutes to obtain badges and parking passes. Several others in the queue echoed the same dissatisfaction with the "new policy", many previous SC patrons as well. Suggest those that implemented this policy hang out at the marketplace around 3 PM on a Saturday. Policy is flawed and should be reexamined. Made a previously pain less, convenient process a frustrating timely one. It's check in day people have travels quite a distance to be greater with such delays is poor form and could potentially create vacancy issues if not remedied. It's a shame as the SC experience has always been a positive one.
