This lovely townhome is situated in the splendor of the Rocky Mountains. Beaver Creek Mountain ski slopes are in view from the front door and the Eagle Vail Golf Club #11 tee box is directly behind the home. Easy shuttle access to nearby Beaver Creek (3.5 miles) and Vail Resort (9.5 miles) is available with ECO Transit and just a 0.2 mile walk to the bus stop.

As you enter this upgraded townhome, you’ll discover its warm living room with comfortable leather seating, gas fireplace and 50" smart flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 2, granite counter tops and stainless appliances is open to both the living and dining area. The 46" square dining table seats 6 guests or can be expanded to a 65" round table. Access to the deck with gas grill and views of the 11th tee box is directly behind the dining area.

Venture upstairs to find the private master bedroom with queen bed, smart flat screen TV and en suite bath. The lower level of the home consists of bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. They each have a queen bed and share one full bathroom. The laundry room is also located on this level.

This home is located in the community of Eagle Vail. EagleVail is a multi-faceted mountain community located in the heart of the Eagle River Valley in Eagle County, CO. Minutes from world-class skiing in Vail, Beaver Creek, and Arrowhead. EagleVail's amenities include the EagleVail Golf Club, Willow Creek Par 3 Golf Course, EagleVail swimming pool, EagleVail Pavilion, tennis courts, sports fields, community parks, open space and trails for both hiking and biking, quality waters nearby for fishing, white water rafting and kayaking, and more!

The entrance to Beaver Creek Resort is a short drive west on Highway 6. Vail is just 10 minutes down the road where there's not only some of the best skiing in the world, but world-class shops and restaurants. Summer is loaded with fun activities as well! Enjoy hiking trails in the valley such as Booth Creek, where one can see the breathtaking Booth Falls or head up to Lake Constantine via the Fall Creek Trail.

For indoor fun, head over to the Avon Recreation Center where, for a small fee, you'll not only find a swimming pool, hot tub, yoga, cardio equipment and Pilates classes, but also an aquatic center that includes a lap pool, climbing wall (off large pool), water slide and lazy river that provides loads of fun for the whole family.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Great Townhouse & Experience

Booking and communications with iTrip and this property was solid and seamless. This townhouse is comfortable and warm and contained all the items to cook breakfast and dinner each day. The location was perfect for us to visit Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. Beds and linens were great and the separation of bedrooms perfect. There is also a really nice Walmart across the street that has all the grocery needs you may have. It snowed heavy on our departure and we were please that the snow plows were out in force and able to make driving conditions great.

We enjoyed the main floor of the condo and the location. We would have liked a bathroom fan in the downstairs bathroom and both the upstairs and downstairs got no heat and were quite cold.

We had an amazing time in your apartment. We were a party of six and had a plenty of room and been very comfortable. The apparent is very well equipped with everything you need,the kitchen is amazing and everything was very clean. Ski resort is 10 min away and there is plenty of grocery stores near by. Inadequate hot water - complaint ignored

My family of 5 spent 3 nights in this townhouse - which was clean and well appointed. I would have been happy with this vacation rental except for the fact that there was very little hot water - enough for 1 warm shower only. I believe the hot water heater is inadequate for this condo. After skiing everyone wanted to take a shower or hot bath and we were unable to which seriously detracted from our enjoyment of this property. I tried to get some attention and a discount on the property but my complaint has been ignored.

Beds are so comfortable! Sheets and towels are new and cotton. Condo is well stocked with things people have left behind like laundry detergent, seasonings, etc. TVs are easy to use - Netflix too. One tip: study bus routes before you go. There are several options- somewhat confusing.

we had a great stay. the location is very convenient to beaver creek and vail skiing and also to Avon. walmart is very close by. the unit was exactly as described. it was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. we had an issue with the dishwasher but the response from management was very prompt and the issue resolved quickly. the snow was good too!

Wonderful townhouse Near Beaver Creek

Had a great time at the Townhome. Nice accommodations for myself and family of 4. Bedrooms were of good size. Large living room with a lovely dinning area. Kitchen well stocked. Needed more humidifiers and Rental company responded within a couple hours to bring us 2 new ones. Highly recommend.

Brothers Ski Trip

My 4 brothers and I take a yearly ski trip to CO; the previous condo we have rented was unavailable so we found ourselves in this condo for the first time. We were very pleased with the condo; plenty of room on the main floor to hang out after a hard day skiing and nice having the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS STAY

We really enjoyed our visit to 853 Deer Blvd. The condo had everything we could need and it was clean and welcoming. Cozy home in Avon

The home was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It is conveniently located near a Walmart, so we were able to purchase all of groceries. Close to Beaver Creek Mountain, where we were skiing--only a short 5 minute drive. Highly recommend this cozy home!

2017 MLK Weekend Stay

Our group of 6 adults stayed at this property for this past MLK weekend. The house was clean and very centrally located, 5 min drive to Beaver Creek and 15 min drive to Vail. There was also a Walmart Super Center only a 3 min drive from the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plate, cups, and a coffee machine. Given it is really dry in the winter, we were happy that they provided three humidifiers to use. The living room had a huge flat screen TV which was perfect to watch movies on, but in our case, the football games. We had a great stay and would absolutely come back again!
