Great mountain escape
5/5 stars
We loved staying in this house with a group of friends and our dogs. The fenced-in yard was great for the pups, and the layout of the house (bedrooms downstairs) made it great for sharing with a larger group. The management team was quick to reply and provided helpful information. The kitchen was well-equipped, and great hiking and paddleboarding were just a short drive away.

Dog Paradise
5/5 stars
This backyard was perfect for our dogs. They like to try to escape and they were fully fenced in and loved the backyard to play in. The house was clean and had every amenity we needed. The only thing I would suggest is bringing body wash because there is only soap. There are lots of humidifiers for the house, the kitchen is stocked with what you need, there are pods for coffee, plenty of towels.

What a lovely home you have! We enjoyed taking engagement and family photos in your backyard. We loved the hot tub and took full advantage of that. I do want to let you know that we were excited about the Krups machine and then disappointed that it didn't work. We have two baristas in the family and neither of them could get it to work. Also, there were no extra sheets for the hide-a-bed when we arrived. The murphy bed had a "fitted" sheet on it but no extra flat sheet. Also, the refrigerator water dispenser was broken. That was disappointing as we all like to have filtered water. The family loved the added touch of the high quality body wash and lotion that you provided. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in spite of the minor disappointment of the couple of things that were broken. Thank you so much!
- Steve Howard

Steve, thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a review of your stay at Deer Blvd 283. We are thrilled that you enjoyed the hot tub and back yard at our home! We are so sorry for any confusion about the Krups machine; this appliance is not available for guest use. It is not listed in the description of the property, nor is espresso provided. We have since removed the machine from the home and added a note in our pictures to let guests know that this is not available. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, so we could prevent any future confusion! We are very disappointed to see that the missing sheets negatively impacted your experience, as we offered to bring these items right away and were adamantly refused. Guest comfort is extremely important to us and we would have been very happy to rectify this oversight if given the opportunity. Thank you for making us aware of the refrigerator water filter. We have not received this complaint from any other guests, so we will have to confirm if there is still any issue. We are very glad that the inconveniences you experienced did not prevent you from enjoying your vacation! iTrip would welcome you back, should you find yourself planning another trip to Vail or Beaver Creek in the future! -Kathleen iTrip Vail Beaver Creek

Amazing Stay in the snowy mountains!
5/5 stars
Had an amazing stay! The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, lots of extra blankets and amenities. Comfortable bed, washer dryer was a plus! Great fully fenced yard for dogs and a nice clean hot tub. Well stocked kitchen for cooking! Just know you need to bring all your own spices and oils, etc (except salt and pepper). They have plenty of Pyrex with covers but you may want to bring some of your own storage containers if you need to take any leftovers. Internet is super fast and reliable, we worked while we were there and had tons of simultaneous video calls with no issues. Itrip was extremely responsive and helpful. I couldn’t rave more about this stay. Thank you!!!

Everything we wanted
5/5 stars
I don't really do reviews. But we had a lovely Thanksgiving. The house had everything we needed. Even found a nice tablecloth. We had everything we needed to cook. The hot tub was very pleasant and already heated upon arrival. Our daughter brought her dog. The yard seems well fenced. A jumper COULD get over though just so dog owners know. But Sherman is an apartment dog and loved the yard. Plenty of room for everyone. In fact the Murphy bed got the most compliments of comfort. Plenty of parking if you're arriving in multiple cars. Also groceries, beer/wine and dining are very close. Not sure what else to say. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Comfortable and warm
5/5 stars
This is a very nice, comfortable and warm house. The gas fireplace connected to the thermostat was great. On a cold weekend, we enjoyed sitting by the fire. The house itself was very clean and well supplied. There are lots of stairs, but overall was great for our weekend.

Great Vail Stay
5/5 stars
The place was just as pictures showed. Spacious and backyard really nice. The neighborhood is quiet and near the golf course so great place to walk. THe only 2 things to note, is the backyard is up against a busy road so there is some noise, but so worth having a nice big yard. And the bedrooms are all downstairs and a little dark. But given the heat, they were nice and cool. All in all - 5 out of 5. Would rent again!!

Comfortable. Clean. Well-equipped.
5/5 stars
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was perfect for our family: 4 adults, 3 kids and 1 Scottie dog. The downstairs family room with small frig and microwave and large TV worked so well for kids to hang out, while the grownups could spend quiet time upstairs. TVs in every room. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (except there were only 2 dish towels which had to be washed often). The Murphy bed and pullout couch added xtra beds when needed. The back yard was private and totally fenced in for dogs. The hot tub and gas fire pit were used almost daily. Great location in a lovely dog friendly, very walkable neighborhood with 3 separate playground/park areas bordering the Eagle-Vail golf course. And finally I trip vacations property mgmt was prompt and responsive for every inquiry. Great stay!!

Eagle/Vail vacation
3/5 stars
What a great central location to VAIL and BEAVER CREEK! Made things so easy because we skied both areas and this was the ideal location!!! I truly appreciate being able to bring our dog, as well. That was a great option with this property!! With that said, there were some things that could be improved. The place wasn't equipped with the necessary kitchen essentials most homes are. A lack of pots and pans, napkins, toilet paper and salt and pepper were a small hassle. The lack of lighting in the family room made certain things challenging but these are all first world problems, right? The cleanliness was relatively good but spots on the rugs and hair throughout the home was evident. I think the thing that bothered us the most was two-fold. The overflow of trash in the garage upon arrival was interesting and the property manager showing up, unannounced, was jarring. He didn't text or call to let us know he was coming to deliver toilet paper and showed up at my bedroom door right as I was changing. it was really awkward and shouldn't have happened. Guests should always be notified before someone arrives - even the property manager. Also, please be aware to use the stairs in the house with caution.. The are extremely slippery and caused a couple of falls during our visit.
- Maggie
Great Stay!

House was amazing! Hot tub was the best part as it was large enough for our group. Also loved the size of the kitchen and living room which allowed everyone to feel like they had enough space

Solid Pet-Friendly Ski Chalet
4/5 stars
We had a great stay. Great vacation spot with all the amenities you could want on a family ski trip. Little further away from Vail than advertised and the hot tub didn't work for 1 day as workers showed up unannounced to drain and clean the tub. 1 light fixture was also hanging from its wires.

Great house for (4) couples to enjoy the Vail / Avon area (Winter, Summer or Fall). Fully fenced backyard & pet friendly. Vail is 15 min. away while Beaver Creek is less than 10 min.

Great stay, convenient location
5/5 stars
My husband and I had a great stay at this property. It was close to both Beaver Creek and Vail and offered ample space both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked for all of your cooking needs. The management company was prompt with their responses and handled issues as they came up. I would definitely recommend staying here

Excellent Property - Met All Expectations
5/5 stars
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at 283 Deer Blvd. The home was spacious, well-equipped, and properly maintained. The management company was very responsive to our questions and last-minute needs such as a pack-and-play and crock pot. Centrally located near the Vail and Beaver Creek Villages, we found the location to be ideal. We will certainly consider renting this property in the future.

July 4 family trip
5/5 stars
We had a great time at this house with plenty of room for our teens to spread out. The family golfed at the course next to the neighborhood. The house is located near Beaver Creek and a short drive away from Vail Village. Service provided by iTrip is the best we’ve experienced with a vacation home rental. They are available to assist and check on you during the stay. We would book through iTrip again.

Great Stay in Vail-Avon!
5/5 stars
What a wonderful house to stay at while visiting the Vail area for a week. The fenced in backyard was perfect to let my dog explore the yard and the house/yard was beautiful and clean with everything we needed. It also had many amenities we didn't know about, such as the gaming systems (my boys loved that!). The location was perfect and close to I-70, which allowed easy access to all the surrounding towns. Communication with the management company was fantastic as well, thank you for helping make the vacation a great trip. The only downsides are not related to the house, but something to note for summer travel - be prepared for some road construction (takes a lot to keep the roads in good shape thanks to Colorado's weather) and we couldn't use the nice fire pit at night due to the Stage 2 Fire Ban by the county. That was a real bummer, but totally understandable.

Wonderful House and Property

We rent a different property in the CO mountains every year. Loved this property! Great location, very clean, and the property management company is wonderful. So relaxing; especially all the Aspen trees that surround the house.

Great location for many activities
5/5 stars
I have never rented a dog friendly house before and I was a little apprehensive. The house was super clean and did not smell like dogs one bit! I liked the layout of the rooms. Use the fans in the closets in the summer. We were there in a heat wave. The downstairs where the 3 bedrooms are stays pretty cool. It is in a great location and convenient to Avon, Vail and Beaver Creek. We were in very close proximity to all we wanted to do in the area-bike, raft, hike, ride horses, eat and shop. We loved to take our dog on the trails above the golf course in the mornings. The kids liked the hot tubs after long hikes.
- Amy
Best place to make memories
5/5 stars
We loved the house! It is spacious and comfortable. The beds are great. Every evening after a long hike we used the hot tub and made s’mores. Definitely bring extra towels for the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked but the frying pans need to be replaced. The Teflon is scratched and they are old. The kitchen faucet leaks. We would definitely return. THANK YOU!

Loved our stay!
5/5 stars
This was the perfect home for us to stay in for our weekend getaway to CO! We were very impressed by the cleanliness and layout of the home, and our dogs loved the huge fenced in yard. We enjoyed the hot tub outdoors as well as relaxing by the fireplace inside. We were pleased that the neighborhood was quiet and friendly and are already planning on returning for another stay in this home next year!

A Fantastic Getaway Location
5/5 stars
We really enjoyed our stay here. This location was perfect, located just outside of downtown Vail. The views were beautiful, and the house itself was fully accommodating, both in layout and amenities. All bedrooms had a bathroom to themselves, though one is not attached to the room itself (this is not a drawback in the slightest). Each room was equipped with Smart TV and cable. The large dining table was the highlight for family game nights! In the end, we would stay here again any day. It was such a great stay and the exact break from the city we were looking for.

Delightful Visit
5/5 stars
Our stay in Avon was delightful! The house was clean, neat, roomy and very comfortable. The home was well furnished and nicely decorated. It was a lovely, private setting, just minutes from activities. The mountain setting was simply beautiful! We also felt extremely safe staying here in these COVID times. We would certainly stay here again!
- Lynn
Amazing!
5/5 stars
I cannot say enough about this wonderful home! My husband and I stayed there with 6 other family members and a dog and there was more than enough room. My one daughter had to study a lot and one of the basement room offered her complete privacy with a table to study at. We all enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen. We had a perfect weekend because after a long, gorgeous hike, it is amazing to grill, sit in the hot tub and then relax by the fire. The backyard is so private and beautiful. The place was immaculate, which is so reassuring during these COVID times. It also was decorated so nicely. The owners always responded quickly. I guarantee you will love it and be back again like us!

283 Deer Blvd Review
5/5 stars
Our vacation did not turn out as planned but the house was perfect. It was a great place to have to “stay at home” during the 2020 Pandemic. We arrived here, after a week of driving, on the day they closed the mountains. We felt it was safer to stay here then to travel back to MA so we appreciated the owner’s willingness to accommodate us and iTrip's responsiveness. The house is well laid out, appointed and maintained. The fenced in yard for our dog was a blessing! With nothing else to do, we enjoyed walking the dog in the neighborhood and on the golf course. People respectfully “socially distanced” and were friendly. The grocery store was well stocked. The kitchen contained everything we needed but was not cluttered. We watched the TV often, used the fireplace and the hot tub. The extra living space downstairs worked well for our “workouts”. After two months it began to feel like our home too!

Best house possible for your trip
5/5 stars
Best house possible for your trip. I am a Superhost and Air Bnb and this is probably one of the most comfortable homes that I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Very clean with every amenity you could possibly think of. We take an annual ski trip every year and will definitely be returning again. Each bed was very comfortable and everybody said they had a great time staying in the home. My family enjoy the hot tub after skiing all day and it was so relaxing. Especially nice to still be able to grill on the barbecue as my husband is a huge barbecue Fan and we hosted a couple family dinners at the house and everyone enjoyed themselves. Another added bonus was having a garage to pull into the off of the skis and keep them downstairs out of the main house. Very quiet neighborhood I heard nothing from any other neighbors and very convenient to the freeway and the super Walmart. Also very convenient to get to Beavercreek in the Avon recreation center where the kids spent a few nights swimming. Thank you so much for everything

Amazing Stay!

Our stay here was fantastic - the house was huge, super clean, well stocked and right next to the Vail bus stop! It was ideal for our girls ski weekend :) And bonus - amazing hot tub in the fenced in back yard! We will be returning!

Lovely Mountain Home
5/5 stars
Fantastic single-family home with all the extras! Very comfortable layout with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Extras include memory foam mattresses in all the beds, all the cookware you would ever want, lots of comfortable seating, TVs galore, and a very nice dry bar. We also enjoyed the fenced-in backyard for pets and the hot tub after skiing. Highly recommended home very conveniently located for fun at both Vail and Beaver Creek.

Great Location!
5/5 stars
Family of 4 stayed with another family of 4 the week of New Years and had a blast! The house is located right between Vail and BC so it’s a perfect spot if you want to ski either or both, which we did. There was plenty of room for all of us so we didn’t feel crowded at all. The living room was a great spot for the adults to hang out while the kids could be in the den watching TV or downstairs in a 2nd living room area with a TV and video game console. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing and it was also nice to have the gas fireplace in the living room. It’s directly tied into the thermostat though, so once the room reaches temperature the fireplace turns off. I understand the safety feature here for sure, but it would’ve been nice to have the fire on without the electric heat being up as much. There’s one master bedroom with a nice large en-suite while the other “adult bedroom” has a very small bathroom. Perfectly functional and no issues but would’ve been nice to have a little more space in there. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, plates, bowls, etc. but it would’ve been helpful to have a small set of Tupperware or even just Saran Wrap to store leftovers. Last recommendation is to add a few more hooks to hang coats or helmets in the entry area. These things I mention are all very minor and didn’t detract from our stay or the 5 star rating, just a few nice-to-haves. Overall, it’s a great spot that I wish I owned so I could visit more frequently.

Our time in Vail was wonderful. The VRBO home was perfect for our family to stay in and enjoy the activities of the area. We will book this property again! Thank you!

Great trip!
5/5 stars
Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! We especially loved the fully equipped kitchen that was open to the family room, and the large fenced backyard which was great for our dog! We also loved the hot tub and fire pit! The house met every expectation and we would love to stay there again the next time we’re in Vail!

Lovely home for families and pets
5/5 stars
THis is a lovely large and comfortable home with private space for up to 4 groupings. Our dog loved the large fenced backyard with open space to run and trees to run around and sniff. There is even enough of a hill to make saucer slides! WE loved the area for walking and convenient proximity to 2 ski areas. I was a bit unsure about garbage - whether to put the bin out or not. Also some information about what is recyclable would be helpful. In Seattle we recycle a wide range of products but don't know what the Avon program includes. Another helpful bit of information for checkout would be whether to deadbolt the front door or not. We did not assuming the cleaning crew comes in that way.

Great Alternative to a Hotel
5/5 stars
Our family of 4 + the doggo enjoyed our stay at Deer Blvd. The beds were firm yet comfortable, the home was immaculate, and the cupboards were filled with every dish and utensil you'd ever need. Walmart was nearby (not walkable) and parking was plentiful. The hot tub was a lovely addition, as was the propane firepit. We thoroughly enjoyed a couple of dinners at the nearby Blue Plate restaurant. A few minor suggestions: **I recommend an automatic lock on the door leading from the garage to the back yard for security purposes--there was no way to lock the door from the garage into the house. **Previous guests left dog feces scattered throughout the back yard. It would be hard to notice all of them unless the yard was raked regularly. **The only place that hadn't been cleaned was under the sofas...as noticed by our puppy who kept retrieving previous dog toys and dust bunnies, until we moved the sofas and swept. All in all we all highly recommend!

Fabulous Spot

We rented this home during a stay in Vail for our son’s wedding. It was everything we had hoped it would be. Plenty of space, updated furnishings, nice linens and a very stocked kitchen. We would definitely rent here again!

Sparkling clean and cozy. We can’t wait to go back!
5/5 stars
The owners really have thought of everything to make this property a lovely place to stay. Even the landscaping in the backyard is such that it blocks out the noise or any view of the road behind it. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and there was more room in the house than we realized when booking it. The fireplace is in each room where a cozy touch and we enjoyed relaxing and looking out at the aspens from the hot tub and the living room. A block from the bus stop which takes you everywhere! We also found great hiking right in the neighborhood! This was our first family vacation with our new baby and we couldn’t of asked for a more serene environment. We can’t wait to book again next year.

Our 8 night stay at this property was incredible. After a long day of hiking, the hot tub and fire pit was the perfect remedy. Our dogs loved romping in the huge fenced backyard. There was more than enough space for all 6 of us. Finally, the master bed was SO comfortable! Maybe even better than mine at home. I highly recommend!

Perfect size for our family
5/5 stars
This location and house was the best bet to rent for our holiday trip. We used all four bedroom spaces and it turned out great as everyone had a bathroom....had to share one shower but not a big deal. The hot tub was used nightly after snowmobiling and skiing in Beaver Creek and Vail. Lots of storage for all the ski gear. The kitchen had all the neccessities and Walmart was very close to get anything needed. Overall a great choice!!!! Everyone loved it.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We are so happy you enjoyed the home, location and all the amenities in and around town. We would be happy to host you again.

Perfect Cozy Ski Chalet!
5/5 stars
We loved this home! We spent Thanksgiving week at the house with family. The house was plenty big and came with everything that we needed for the week. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. There were games, big TVs in nearly every room, and a hot tub! The fireplaces made the house a perfect place to relax after a day out on the slopes. The garage was also great to have considering all the snow that we got. We even did a little sledding with the kids out on a hill behind the golf course. The management was wonderful to deal with and met us on site and even contacted us later to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great experience. We will be back!

Nice Stay
4/5 stars
Very nice accommodations. Had several electrical glitches (doorbell, garage, oven, needed to power wifi on and off) but very quick responses from itrip minimized the disruptions. Beds seem high end but are very firm... too firm for most of us.
- Sam

I rented the 283 Deer Blvd , Avon location and was throughly impressed with its overall attention to detail. The house was very clean had everything we needed. Almost everything was brand new. Our day loved the fenced in yard. The bar and fireplace were first class. I can only give this property and the rental agency five stars. It had everything as promised. We cooked in several nights and the kitchen was great. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. Loved the snowboard and sking decorations.
