Cabin was very nice upon arrival. Everything was clean and there were ample amount of supplies. Only downside was the issue of the curtains in the living room and bedrooms needing to be switched out due to wear and tear. Customer service stated they are in the process of this, just haven’t gotten around to it because of the fast turn around. The beds are also very uncomfortable. Otherwise the view is impeccable!!! You’re paying for the view when you stay here. Nothing beats it. Sunrise or sunset takes your breath away.

We went for a short getaway with some other family members and had a very nice stay. The condo was clean and pretty nice. The pool was close and we enjoyed it daily. Great little place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. As other reviewers note - it is a very windy road going up the hill. I didn't mind it, but my wife gets anxious on those type of roads. In practice it just meant that once we went down the hill each morning we were not going to go back up to the condo until the end of the day. The kitchen was well stocked, beds/furniture were all very comfortable. My only complaint about this property is the wifi (or lack thereof). If you are coming here planning to stream Netflix, connect to your office network over VPN, or do anything besides the most basic web browsing, don't bother. We typically received speeds of 1-2mbps down while we were there. My LTE signal was slightly better but not great either because of how far away we were from the nearest tower (AT&T).

The roads can be difficult if you are not use to the them but they do provide the best views. The internet, like other utilities, is often beyond our control. We loved it. It was perfect for a family of 6. Plenty of room. Very cozy, the view was spectacular! We were about 15min away from Pigeon Forge which was perfect since it gave the mountain feeling without being far away from everything! Will definitely stay again.

This condo was in an older condo complex. If you stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor there are NO elevator's. The decor in the condo was nice but the condo itself needed a lot of work. There was mold around the inside of both showers and the towels were very old and stained. We actually bought new towels to use because a few of them smelled like lemon Pledge! If you are looking for a cheap place to stay this condo is in a beautiful area. The ride up and down the mountain is a little nerve wracking. I definitely wouldn't do that ride in the winter. Over all it's a nicely decorated low end rental. All they would have to do to make it better is upgrade the towels, linens and hire a new cleaning company then I would give it 4 or 5 stars!

I’m less than satisfied with my stay here. There was no internet access and even though I made several calls I was disappointed in the lack of response from the rental company. There were no basic condiments such as salt and pepper which I’ve found in other places I’ve rentaled. If not included it would have been nice to know before we got here. There were no extra blankets and the bedrooms only had quilts but no blankets. The TV upstairs did not work and there were no instructions

The place was beautiful! Exceeded our expectations!! Towel animal left by the cleaning person, the views were breathtaking!! Everything in town was about 20 minutes away - only about 7 or 8 miles but take your time going up and down the roads, worth every minute of it!! There were two hot tubs and a beautifully kept pool! Plenty of room and comfortable living space! Couldn’t of asked for better!
